Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Syntra Solutions ("Syntra", the "Service"), operated by JOST Soluciones IT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Syntra is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered conversational agents to automate customer support across WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram Direct Messaging, Facebook Messenger, and other messaging channels integrated via official APIs.
3. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Syntra to:
- Send unsolicited marketing (spam) or violate local messaging regulations.
- Send illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Platform Terms, or any other applicable platform policy.
- Send messages to End Users without having obtained the consent required by applicable law.
5. Fees and payment
- Paid plans (Starter USD 49/month, Pro USD 149/month, or custom Enterprise plans) are billed monthly via Stripe or MercadoPago.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.
6. Intellectual property
Syntra, its source code, designs, and documentation are the property of JOST Soluciones IT. The content you upload (knowledge base, products, FAQs) remains yours; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the Service.
7. AI-generated content & responsibility
Syntra uses third-party large language models (currently Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for reviewing and approving the knowledge base that trains your agent. Syntra is not liable for responses generated by the AI where they result from inaccurate or incomplete knowledge base content you provided.
8. Third-party integrations
The Service integrates with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), MercadoLibre, Tiendanube, and others. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services.
9. Service availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. Your data will be deleted within 30 days following cancellation, subject to legal retention requirements.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, including abusive messaging patterns flagged by Meta or applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntra and JOST Soluciones IT are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOST Soluciones IT against any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Concordia, Entre Ríos, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.
